We respect your right to privacy and control over your personal information. If you would like us to delete your Lucid Poker account and all associated personal data, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Deletion
- Submit Your Request
Send an email to support@lucidpoker.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
- From the email address associated with your Lucid Poker account, include your full name and username (if applicable).
- Identity Verification
- For your protection, we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the deletion.
- Processing Time
- Once verified, we will delete your account and associated personal data within five (5) business days.
- After deletion, you will lose access to your account, training history, leaderboards, and other data.
- Exceptions
- Some information may be retained as required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as preventing fraud), or in anonymized/aggregated form that does not personally identify you.
Important Notes
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- If you have an active subscription, deleting your account will cancel future renewals but will not retroactively refund charges.
- If you wish to continue using Lucid Poker after deletion, you will need to create a new account.
