If you do not accept them, you must discontinue use.

The Site may contain forums, chat rooms, leaderboards, or other interactive features (“Forums”). Content posted in Forums is provided by users and is not controlled by Lucid Poker. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of user-submitted content.
Any material you submit (posts, uploads, comments, etc.) is considered non-confidential. By posting, you grant Lucid Poker a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any medium. Lucid Poker has no obligation to monitor Forums but reserves the right to remove or restrict content at our discretion.
By purchasing a product or subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with our policies.
Purchases made within 14 days are eligible for a full refund, provided the user has not been found to be abusing the refund policy by requesting multiple refunds. Refund requests must be submitted to support@lucidpoker.com. Lucid Poker reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse or suspected fraudulent activity.
You acknowledge that Lucid Poker’s products and services are proprietary. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without written permission. Licenses are for personal use only.
This Site is not directed to individuals under 13. We will not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. Purchasers must be at least 18 years old to buy subscriptions or products. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, for resolution of any disputes.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Lucid Education, Inc. regarding your use of the Services.
