Special Leaderboard Giveaway Terms and Conditions - December 2026 - Vegas WPT Prime Edition

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Lucid Education, Inc. d/b/a Lucid Poker ("Lucid Poker" or "Sponsor"), a Texas, USA, company.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 or older. Employees, officers, contractors, and agents of Lucid Poker (including all Lucid staff) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Note on the Grand Prize specifically: Nevada law requires a player to be at least 21 years of age to participate in tournament poker at a licensed Nevada casino. While entry into this Promotion remains open to those 18 and older, the Grand Prize winner must be at least 21 to redeem the WPT Prime Championship buy-in and play in the event. A Grand Prize winner between 18 and 20 will not be eligible to redeem the Grand Prize; a new winner will be drawn in accordance with Section 7 as if that winner had declined.

3. Promotion Period

The entry period begins on October 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on November 16, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during this time to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

a. In-App Entry (Default Method)

Play at least one (1) "Leaderboard Drill" inside the Lucid Poker Trainer during the Promotion Period.
Each eligible participant automatically receives 1 entry upon playing at least one hand on any leaderboard.
Participants may play multiple leaderboards to gain more entries. Playing at least one hand on five different leaderboards automatically grants 5 entries.
Play at least one (1) daily "Cardle" inside the Lucid Poker app during the Promotion Period. Each completed Cardle earns 10 entries, and these stack with leaderboard entries earned during the Promotion Period.

Bonus Entries: Participants who finish in the Top 10 of any leaderboard earn additional entries:

1st place – 250 entries
2nd place – 150 entries
3rd place – 100 entries
4th place – 75 entries
5th place – 50 entries
6th place – 30 entries
7th place – 25 entries
8th place – 20 entries
9th place – 15 entries
10th place – 10 entries

Participants may not create or use multiple Lucid accounts to gain extra entries; doing so will result in disqualification.

b. Free Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without playing a leaderboard drill or Cardle, send an email to support@lucidpoker.com during the Promotion Period with the subject line "Lucid Poker Giveaway Entry." Include your full name in the body of the email. Each valid email entry receives the same number of base entries (1) as a leaderboard drill participant.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize: One (1) buy-in to the WPT Prime Championship at Wynn Las Vegas (value: $1,100), plus $1,400 in cash toward travel, accommodation, and related expenses, plus a Lucid Poker merchandise package to wear during the tournament — total prize value $2,500 (merchandise value not included).

This Promotion features a Grand Prize only.

No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except that Lucid Poker reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt.

WPT Prime Championship Event Details

Venue: Wynn Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Nevada
Dates: December 5–12, 2026 (four starting flights, merging into one Day 2 field on December 9)
Buy-in: $1,100
Guarantee: $5,000,000

The Grand Prize winner may choose which available starting flight to enter, subject to seating availability and the tournament's own published schedule and rules, which are set by the World Poker Tour and not by Lucid Poker.

Travel, Accommodation, and Expense Cash Component

The $1,400 cash component is a contribution toward the Grand Prize winner's travel, accommodation, and related expenses — not a guaranteed reimbursement of actual expenses. All travel and accommodation arrangements are the sole responsibility of the winner. Lucid Poker bears no responsibility for flights, hotels, ground transportation, tournament registration logistics, travel insurance, or any other arrangements related to attendance at the event.

6. Venue & Travel Requirements

To claim the Grand Prize and participate in live play at the venue, the winner must satisfy all independent requirements of the tournament organizer (World Poker Tour) and the venue (Wynn Las Vegas). Failure to comply results in forfeiture of the Grand Prize.

Age Requirement: The Grand Prize winner must be at least 21 years of age to enter the casino floor, register for the tournament, and play at Wynn Las Vegas, consistent with Nevada law.
Identification: The winner must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state photo ID) at tournament registration to confirm identity and eligibility to play.
Registration: The winner is solely responsible for completing any registration, waiver, or entry requirements imposed by the World Poker Tour or Wynn Las Vegas.
International Travel: The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for holding a valid passport and any required U.S. entry documentation (including a valid visa or approved ESTA waiver, where applicable). Lucid Poker makes no representations regarding a winner's entry eligibility and accepts no liability for visa denials, customs delays, or international travel disruptions.
Lucid Poker Merchandise: The winner will receive a Lucid Poker merchandise package and is asked to wear it while playing in the WPT Prime Championship. Wearing the merchandise is encouraged, not a condition of receiving or keeping the Grand Prize.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on or around November 17, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. This Promotion features a Grand Prize only.

Grand Prize — Redraw Process

One (1) winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries and notified as the provisional Grand Prize winner.
The winner is given 48 hours to accept the Grand Prize package (WPT Prime Championship buy-in + $1,400 cash).
If the winner accepts, the Grand Prize is confirmed and awarded.
If the winner declines, does not respond within 48 hours, or is ineligible to redeem the Grand Prize under Section 2 (age 18–20), a new winner is drawn from the remaining eligible entries, subject to the same 48-hour acceptance window.
This process continues until the Grand Prize is accepted or Lucid Poker determines, at its sole discretion, that the prize has been exhausted.
A winner who declines, does not respond within 48 hours, or is ineligible receives no prize, as this Promotion offers a Grand Prize only.

All winners will be notified using the email address associated with their Lucid Poker account, or the email address used for the alternative method of entry.

8. Tax Reporting

U.S. winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9. Such winners will receive a Form 1099-MISC from Lucid Poker for the total retail value of the prize. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting the Grand Prize, the winner grants Lucid Poker the right to use their name, likeness, image, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation. This clause applies only to the winner of the Grand Prize package involving participation in a live poker event.

10. Privacy

Lucid Poker will collect and use participant information (Lucid username, email address, and name) solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and contacting winners. Information will be handled in accordance with Lucid Poker's Privacy Policy at lucidpoker.com/legal/privacy-policy.

11. General Conditions

Lucid Poker reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity or proper functioning.
Participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Lucid Poker, which are final and binding.
Lucid Poker is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries, or for any technical malfunction or human error.
By participating, entrants release Lucid Poker, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability related to participation in this Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. Governing Law

This Promotion and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
